Talymignedd Campsite
Enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday on a family ran camping site located in the beautiful valleys of Snowdonia – North Wales. The site is located within the Snowdonia National Park, it offers fantastic views of Snowdonia and the ‘Nantlle ridge’ from camp.
Based along the B4418 we are a short 5-10 minute drive from the villages of Penygroes, Rhyd Ddu and Beddgelert.

The Campsite:
Camping:
The pitches in the camp are fully equipped and are surrounded by stunning scenery of the valley.
The campsite offers:
- Electric hook-up points for tents, trailer tents, motorhomes and tourers.
- Firewood for sale at the farm.
- Fires only allowed in fire pits, avalible to hire at farm.
Facilities:
Visitors at Talymignedd Campsite can have access to our newly installed facilities fitted on the campsite.
The site offers:
- Utilities – Toilet and Shower facilities with hand dryers and shaving points.
- Disabled and Family Room.
- Tourist Information – Notice Board and Brochures of all the local attractions are available.
- Laundrette – Washing machine and tumble dryer available.
- Kitchen area – The kitchen area is equipped with two washing up areas, fridge freezer, cooking hob, worktops, and a kettle.
Duke of Edinburgh Groups Welcomed.
We are in a prime location for D of E groups to start and finish there expeditions.

Dinas Dinlle is 9 miles away from the site and Black Rock Sands (cars can have access to the beach at a cost) is 16 miles away. We are also a short car journey from the Llŷn Peninsula which also offer access to the coast as well.

Activities
There is something for everyone to do either in or near Talymignedd Campsite:
Walking:
Talymignedd Campsite can offer walks for everyone’s ability. Dogs are welcomed on the site but should be kept on a lead at all times.
Take a walk from the camp down to our lake. Enjoy the scenery of the local farm as you stroll through our fields. You could enjoy a picnic down at the lake whilst enjoying the view.
Walk to the summit on the farm where you can see the breath taking view of the local valley and the farm. The summit is also a part of the Nantlle ridge.
Other Walks:
Climb Yr Wyddfa – Mount Snowdon – the path from Rhyd Ddu up to the summit is just a 5 minute drive from the campsite.
Rhyd-Ddu – Walk from Rhyd Ddu down to Beddgelert on the newly built footpath that the Snowdonia National Park have just put in.
Fishing:
You could also give a go at trout fishing from the local lake at the end of our farm in which we own fishing right to.
